A recognized compliance authority in the debt buying industry, Rance serves as past Chairman of the RMAI Certifications Council and Chairman of the RMAI Nevada Legislative Committee. He testified before the CFPB in 2016 during their rulemaking process and is a frequent speaker at RMAI, ACA International, CardCon, and other national conferences. Under his leadership, Troy Capital became one of the first debt buyers to achieve RMAI certification and among the first to complete re-certification three times.
